In today’s market, as home and land costs continue to rise; one way to save building costs is by being involved in your home project. Hayes Homes, Inc. is dedicated in helping you succeed weather you are building a new home or putting an addition on your existing home. Hayes Homes offers a variety of options for you to choose from.
Turnkey Homes: When you want a custom built home - worry free, then this is the option you will want to choose. Our General Contractor will take all the stress of building your home so you can enjoy the better things in life. You may pick one of our designs or we will design your home for you. When your home is just the way you want it, and your building site is chosen then sit back and relax and let us take care of everything for you.
Construction Management: Select our Management Program when you have neither the time nor the desire to manage the construction of your home. We will build from your existing home plans or will help you select a local architect to design your home. When your plans are complete we will bid your home with reliable sub-contractors and suppliers, provide a construction/permanent lender, prepare documents for the lender along with a budget and project timeline, apply for your building permit, schedule the supplies and labor to build your home and schedule all inspections. Within the management program your input is encouraged and your choices for finishing items are unlimited.
Consulting (Owner Builder): Choosing our consulting program allows you to be in control of your building project. You will be an Owner-Builder acting as the general contractor, managing your project; therefore eliminating the extra costs associated with hiring a traditional G-C. You may also elect to do some of the actual building to save on the labor costs associated with your project. Choosing our Consulting Program gives you the tools necessary to be successful in building your own home. We will provide guidance throughout your project; quality materials at builders cost, dependable sub-contractors and prepare documents for the lender along with a budget and checklist to help you stay on track with your project. You may also select one of our recommended local Architects if your plans are not already drawn and choose one of our Lenders that will provide excellent service for your construction/Permanent Loan.
