Greg has been involved in the housing industry for over 30 years, and for the past 15 years has worked exclusively in consulting and managing home construction. His experience as a general contractor, a licensed real estate broker, and mortgage originator has made him an asset to past and present customers. He is second to none when it comes to owner-involved building programs, and his excellent relationships with sub-contractors and mortgage lenders has made the building process easier for our customers.
Sherry started building homes with Greg in 2002 and assists him is all aspects of building, including design, bids, budgeting, scheduling and inspections. She has implemented computer-based management tools, checklists and budgets to help our owners stay on track with their building projects.
